A former collegiate athlete, Toni Roesch is aware of the fact that when students are trying out for a school sports team, the competition can be fierce. Not making the cut can be frustrating, and kids might even lose interest in playing sports. A passionate coach, Ms. Roesch endeavors to help young athletes of all ages and abilities improve their skills. With over a decade of coaching experience at the high school and college levels, Toni Roesch was also one of the country’s best female basketball players at The Ohio State University, where she played on four Big Ten Championship teams. She began coaching after her time as an undergraduate, and quickly discovered her passion for helping players unlock their athletic potential. She also enjoys witnessing the rise in self-esteem that happens when players begin to master something that had been giving them trouble in the past. Many of her clients train during the summer in order to prepare for athletic tryouts during the school year, either to secure their place on the roster or to get on a team they did not make the year before. Other athletes who train with Toni Roesch are looking to improve their game enough to earn a college athletic scholarship.

Toni Roesch established Ohio Sports Plus Training Academy in 2006. Housed in a 35,000-square-foot warehouse, Ohio Sports Plus Training Academy is an athletic and training center dedicated to helping volleyball and basketball players of all abilities and ages improve their skills in a one-on-one environment with expert coaching. In addition, Toni Roesch and Ohio Sports Plus Training Academy offer speed enhancement training. Group lessons and clinics are also available, and the facility offers basketball league play with 3-on-3 games. Private instruction with Toni Roesch or one of her expert staff coaches costs $30 per hour, and courts can be rented for $25 per hour. Ohio Sports Plus Training Academy features a full weight training area.

Displaying an admirable dedication to coaching, Toni Roesch spends six or more hours a day, seven days a week working with kids to improve their game. In addition, as long as kids have the desire to learn, she never turns them away.
